In the midst of trying to complete his MA in Performing Arts in Universiti Malaya, Megat is actively involved on stage and screen. On television, he was a regular on KL Lights. Cinema audiences will remember him as Tun Dr Ismail in Shuhaimi Baba’s recent film 1957: Hati Malaya. And on stage, Megat recently appeared in That Was The Year and Enemy of the People as well as ensemble roles in both Puteri Gunung Ledang – The Musical and P Ramlee - The Musical. Megat bagged two awards at the Festival Teater Malaysia 2004 with his production of Tat Nenas – for best director and best production.
